1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Organised Pack, Organised Skin, or Organised Travel mobile applications (the "Apps") operated by Organised Apps Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Apps.
2. Description of Service
Organised Apps provides lifestyle organisation tools: Organised Pack helps you plan outfits and pack for travel; Organised Skin helps you track skincare routines; Organised Travel helps you plan trips collaboratively. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our Apps, you must create an account. You agree to: provide accurate and complete information; maintain the security of your account credentials; notify us immediately of any unauthorised access; accept responsibility for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are available as monthly ($3.99 AUD/month) or annual ($29.99 AUD/year) plans. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
4.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed in accordance with our separate Refund Policy and the policies of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund if our digital product has a major failure or cannot be fixed.
6. User Content
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create or upload to our Apps (photos, outfits, lists, plans). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process that content solely to provide our services to you.
6.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload content that: infringes intellectual property rights; is illegal, harmful, or offensive; contains malware or harmful code; violates any person's privacy.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use our Apps for any illegal purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; interfere with other users' enjoyment of the Apps; reverse engineer or copy our Apps; use automated systems to access our Apps without permission; misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
8. Intellectual Property
Our Apps, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Organised Apps Pty Ltd and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Organised Apps", "Organised Pack", "Organised Skin", and "Organised Travel" are trademarks of Organised Apps Pty Ltd.
9. Disclaimers
Our Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. We do not guarantee that our Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any loss of data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Organised Apps Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Apps. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Organised Apps Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our Apps.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in our Apps or sending you an email. Your continued use of our Apps after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
