Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions for Organised Pack, Organised Skin, and Organised Travel mobile applications (the "Apps") operated by Organised Apps Pty Ltd. We are committed to fair and transparent refund practices in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Your Consumer Rights
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a digital product: has a major failure that cannot be fixed; is significantly different from its description; does not do what we said it would do; has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it.
These consumer guarantee rights cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

3. How to Request a Refund
3.1 Subscriptions Purchased via App Store
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests are processed through those platforms. Please contact Apple or Google directly through their standard refund process.
3.2 Direct Purchases
For any purchases made directly through our website or other channels, please contact us at refunds@organisedapps.com.au with your purchase details and reason for the refund request.

4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Eligible for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund if: the App has a major fault or does not work as described; you were charged incorrectly or charged without authorisation; the App is significantly different from its description; you are exercising your consumer guarantee rights under Australian Consumer Law.
4.2 Not Typically Eligible for Refund
Refunds are generally not provided if: you simply changed your mind about the subscription; you forgot to cancel before renewal (though we may consider requests on a case-by-case basis); you used the premium features extensively before requesting a refund; you violated our Terms of Service.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your refund request, we will: acknowledge your request within 2 business days; review your request and may ask for additional information; notify you of our decision within 7 business days; process approved refunds within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

6. Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund. When you cancel, you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, but you will not be charged again. A refund returns money for a payment already made.
To cancel your subscription: for Apple App Store purchases, go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; for Google Play purchases, go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions.

7. Founder's Circle Lifetime Access
Founder's Circle lifetime access purchases ($49 AUD one-time) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the product. After 30 days, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our response to your refund request, you may: contact us again to discuss the matter further; lodge a complaint with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC); seek assistance from your state or territory consumer protection agency.
